I miss you, and you know it.
I’m kinda curious as to how you’re feeling right now. I haven’t talked to you since that night that we had that cup of coffee after work. I tried maintaining contact with you the days after that; but then I had to stop because I can see that my efforts weren’t being reciprocated anymore. It only makes me sad. :(
I wonder if you’ve already asked other people out. I wonder if you’re back to your old, jolly self. I just hope that you’re not having a hard time at home these days, I think that would be enough for me. For now.

I envy the students right now whose classes are suspended tomorrrow. If only the government hadn’t retract their earlier statement about July 27 being a non-working holiday, then I could have enjoyed that same benefit. Oh well.
I’m sure there are rallies planned coinciding with GMA’s State of the Nation Address that would definitely make coming home more difficult. I better my bring flip flops to be sure as I’d probably end up walking from Paseo de Roxas all the way to Buendia just to get a ride. I just hope that it doesn’t rain. That would be a nightmare.

It’s a Sunday and it’s raining. I don’t mind if it’s pouring today, but I sure hope that it all goes away tomorrow. It can get really flooded in our area and traversing through flooded waters is such a hassle for commuters and even for those who are blessed with their own cars. I’ve experienced travelling for three hours before on what should have been a 30-40 minute ride and I don’t what that to happen again.
The rain makes me lazy. As in. It also makes me pig out too for some reason. Ate congee and pork tofu on the way home. Yumyum. :P

An eclipse is going on as I write. I think I’ve only witnessed such an occurrence once, many many years ago in our old home. We had our negatives and a basin of water ready and we were told never to look at the sun.
I think it’s one of those things that should be at least part of everyone’s childhood. It doesn’t happen very often, and it would be a shame not to see it at least one time in our lives.
A couple of colleagues are at the rooftop now. How I wish I could join them. It’s really funny that because digital cams have taken over the regular point-and-shoot camera, people have resorted to using their x-ray negs. :P

Admittedly, my younger siblings earn more than I do. Both from the I.T. industry, their compensation packages are way better than the one I have. I’m still blessed though, at least I don’t have mouths to feed at the moment.
I got an increase this month which is something to be happy about, and I hope that I can get myself into thinking that I don’t have to upgrade my lifestyle just because. I really believe that people will never be contented with their salary. There’s always something to purchase that we couldn’t really afford on a daily basis. I really wish I wouldn’t get into the same trap.
I hope I get an online job one of these days. It doesn’t pay much, but it’s a start.
